To our wonderful patients,

2018 will be a historical and exciting year for cannabis as we celebrate the end of marijuana prohibition in California.  Along with our victory comes new regulations and taxes that will affect the way cannabis is purchased in 2018. At ganjarunner, we want this transition to be as smooth and as cost effective as possible for our patients.

Here is what you should expect this year from the California cannabis industry:

Daily Purchase Limits

effective immediately

Daily purchases for all patients are limited to 28.5 grams of flower and 8 grams of concentrated cannabis.

Edible Dosage Restrictions

includes all new edibles

Cannabis edibles will be required to have 10 mg serving divisions and a maximum of 100 mg total.

Cannabis Taxes

effective immediately

The following taxes are now required by the state of California for each cannabis transaction
9.5% State sales tax
15% excise tax

Tax Exemption

via your Medical Marijuana Identification Card

Patients who obtain a government issued Medical Marijuana Identification Card (MMIC) will be exempt from paying sales tax, saving roughly 9.5% on every purchase with us.

Click here to learn how to obtain your medical MMIC and start keeping more money in your pocket.

*NOTE: This is different from the MMJ recommendation that you may have now.

For the time being, we will continue to operate as a Medical Marijuana Delivery Service while we work towards securing our Recreational Marijuana Sales Permit.

Our Commitment to You:

At ganjarunner, our goal will always be to provide you with a safe, convenient and legal way to purchase your favorite medicinal cannabis products. We are determined to keep our prices low and competitive amidst these greedy California government tax hikes.

Thank you for your ongoing support and loyalty.
