Ganjarunner Return Policy
ganjarunner wants each patient to be thrilled with their order. If for some reason you are not satisfied with your purchase we’re here to help. If your product is ruined or defective, reach out to us via phone or email and we’ll send you a replacement right away.
In order for your product to be eligible for a return:
• The product must have been purchased within 14 days.
• The product must be unusable or defective in some way.
• The product must not be faulty or broken by misuse.
• The returned product must be in new or barely used condition.
If your product or order is eligible for a return, we will immediately send you a replacement and provide you with a return shipping label for the returned product or set up a replacement delivery if you’re in our same-day delivery area.
It is important that replaced products are returned to maintain your account’s good standing and eligibility to place future orders. In the unfortunate event that replaced products are not returned in a timely manner, we reserve the right to refuse service.
